At the Annapolis Basin Conference Centre, we can make your menu as basic or as exotic as you like. We can serve a special meal for the executive team, and we can create a special evening for the whole department. We can arrange for a private dining room all to yourselves, or we can open the doors wide and host a banquet that memories are made of.

We can also cater to a wide range of cultural and dietary requests. Our culinary team has extensive experience serving international guests and can develop a menu to meet your group’s unique dining needs.

Champlain Dining Hall

Set amid panoramic views of the Annapolis Basin, our main dining hall is the ultimate in airy spaciousness.  It has an optional cafeteria service line and is suitable for groups of up to 750 people for a casual banquet, wedding reception and dinner, or gala dinner. Don’t miss the outdoor deck; it’s perfect for a barbecue with a view.

James Horsfall Memorial Hall Dining Room

Our newly decorated dining room offers gracious dining in a formal or informal setting.  Accented with natural light, comfortable chairs and round tables, this dining room is ideal for casual or formal dining and for receptions accomodating up to 150 people.
