In-House Services

Voilá! Ask and your request shall be granted. Whether it’s extra flipchart markers for the directors’ meeting, a gourmet banquet for the entire firm, or spectacular scenery as a backdrop for creative thinking, we’re pleased to provide it all, and then some.

Conference / Meeting / Event Coordination  - A member of our conference/event team will be dedicated to serve you as your ABCC Event Coordinator.  They will assist you in all stages of planning your event including pre-planning, on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.

Front Desk / Reception / Administrative Services – Our front desk staff are there to help with all the needs of your group during their stay.  The front desk staff will assist with your group’s check-in, photocopying needs, special needs, last-minute requests, and check-out. They are also there to answer any questions you may have about what to do in the area.
 
Catering – Our Food & Beverage department is here to handle all of your catering requirements.  Under the guidance of your ABCC Event Coordinator, we will customize menus and room set-ups to match any catering requirements your group may have from a coffee service in your meeting room to a gala dinner in our dining room.
 
Housekeeping – Housekeeping services are available for all groups and can be customized to fit your group’s needs.  Ask your Event Coordinator about the different levels of service available for you to choose from and which service best suits your needs.
 
Laundry – Each of our guest room lodges is equipped with complementary laundry facilities including washers and dryers and an ironing board in each of our laundry rooms.

Telephone / Internet Services
– VoIP Telephone and internet service is available in two of our meeting halls and two of our guest room lodges. Our other facilities provide pay phone access.
